On May 25, Politburo Member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City Tran Duc Thang chaired a conference to announce the decisions of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee Le Trung Kien announced the decisions of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee decided to approve Pham Quang Thanh, City Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Dinh Ward to participate in the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
The Secretariat of the Party Central Committee decided to appoint to participate in the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 for: Major General Nguyen Thanh Long, Chief of Office of the Hanoi City Party Committee, assigned police officer; Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Chief Procurator of the Hanoi City People's Procuracy Nguyen Hoai Nam; Director of the Hanoi City Department of Health Nguyen Trong Dien; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tien Thang commune Hoang Anh Tuan.
Along with that are decisions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigning City Party Committee members to: Major General Nguyen Thanh Long, City Party Committee member, police officers assigned, no longer holding the position of Chief of the City Party Committee Office; transferring and assigning to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
City Party Committee member Nguyen Viet Ha resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of Gia Lam Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of the City Party Committee Office.
City Party Committee Member, Director of Hanoi Institute for Socio-Economic Development Research Le Ngoc Anh was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Gia Lam Commune Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
City Party Committee member Le Thanh Nam resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of Ngoc Ha Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred to be appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Ms. Do Thi Lan Huong resigned from the position of Deputy Chief of the City Party Committee Office; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ngoc Ha ward for the 2025-2030 term.
City Party Committee member Nguyen Truc Anh resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of Son Dong Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Hoan Kiem Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong resigned from the position of Deputy Chief of the City Party Committee Office; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Son Dong Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Huy resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dai Xuyen commune for the 2025-2030 term; transferred to work at the City Party Committee Office to become a member of the Research Group on mechanisms and policies to assist the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Mr. Dao Viet Long, Deputy Director of the City Department of Construction, was transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dai Xuyen commune for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Tin commune for the 2025-2030 term; transferred to work at the City Party Committee Office to become a member of the Research Group on mechanisms and policies to assist the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
