According to the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work, Mr. Ha Minh Hai (born in 1969) - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee transferred to work at the Central Organization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee.
Mr. Vu Dang Dinh (born in 1976) - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward for the term 2025 - 2030; transferred and assigned to hold the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee.
The working process of the new Head of the Organization Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee:
- From July 2001 to January 2013: Working at the Hanoi Department of Foreign Affairs, holding the following positions: Specialist of the Foreign Affairs Reception Department (to April 2006); Specialist of the Consular Department, concurrently Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Service Center (to January 2009); Secretary of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of the Consular Department (to July 2011); Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department, concurrently Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Service Center; Vice Chairman of the Trade Union (to April 2012); Deputy Head of the Department in charge, Head of the International Cooperation Department.
- From January 1, 2013 to December 12, 2016: Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Foreign Affairs.
- From December 2016 to September 2019: Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of Hanoi Department of Foreign Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Member of the 16th City Party Committee (from April 2019); Member of Hanoi City People's Committee (from July 2017).
- From September 2019 to February 2021: Member of the 16th and 17th City Party Committees, Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee; Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency, Chief of Office of the Hanoi City People's Committee.
- From March 2021 to June 2025: City Party Committee member of the XVII term, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem district; City People's Council Delegate for the 2021-2026 term (from May 2021).
- From July 2025 to October 2025: City Party Committee member of the XVII term, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City.
- From October 2025 to May 2026: Member of the Standing Committee of the 18th City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi City.
