    On December 30, Ninh Binh Provincial Police held an oath-taking ceremony to establish Hoa Lu City Police.

    At the ceremony, Colonel Tran Hong Phu - Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the establishment of Hoa Lu City Police, the decision on the organization of the Investigation Police Agency of Hoa Lu City Police and the decision on the arrangement and consolidation of the Commune, Ward, Town and Hoa Lu City Police; At the same time, announced the decision of the Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police on the organization and personnel work of Hoa Lu City Police.

    Hoa Lu City Police was established on the basis of merging Ninh Binh City Police and Hoa Lu District Police.

    Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Dai - Chief of Tam Diep City Police was transferred to hold the position of Chief of Hoa Lu City Police; Hoa Lu City Police has 9 Deputy Chiefs of City Police.

    At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Dai - Chief of Hoa Lu City Police took the oath under the glorious flag of the Fatherland, affirming the determination of the leaders, commanders and officers and soldiers of Hoa Lu City Police to always be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks...
