At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1304-QD/TU dated November 28, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on the transfer and assignment of Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh to stop participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, stop holding the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Nam Dinh province and come to work at the District Party Committee of Y Yen; appointed to participate in the District Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of Y Yen for the 2020-2025 term from December 1, 2024.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 1205-QD/TU dated August 22, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee on Mr. Dinh Duc Tuyen - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Y Yen district to retire and enjoy benefits according to regulations from December 1, 2024.
Presenting the decision, presenting congratulatory flowers and speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Dinh Nghi - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province emphasized that in order to ensure the continuous leadership and direction of the district Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh to hold the position of Secretary of the Y Yen District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh is a well-trained cadre, has held many important positions and is trusted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to assign tasks.
The Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee hopes that in his new position, the new Secretary of the Y Yen District Party Committee, Nguyen Hung Manh, needs to uphold his pioneering and exemplary spirit, constantly cultivate, train, and improve his political qualities and working capacity; promptly grasp the practical situation in the locality.
