On the afternoon of November 13, the Central Organizing Committee announced and presented the Politburo's decision on the assignment, transfer, and appointment of Mr. Dang Khanh Toan to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee.
Attending the conference were Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Head of the Central Organizing Committee; leaders of the Department level of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Party Office, and the Government Inspectorate.
At the conference, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Politburo decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Dang Khanh Toan - Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office - to cease holding the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office; transfer and appoint him to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term and to join the Party Committee of Military Region 3 for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung congratulated the new Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee. Mr. Dang Khanh Toan was assessed by the Politburo as a cadre with capacity, experience, thinking, scientific, democratic and decisive working methods. In all his positions, Mr. Dang Khanh Toan always completed his tasks well and excellently, making important contributions to the achievements of his agency and unit.
Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung believes and hopes that Mr. Toan will promote his experience working in the Central Committee and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
