Ninh Thuan - Health insurance examination continues to be an issue of concern and recommendation for voters in Ninh Thuan province before the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting with voters of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Thuan province, in My Huong ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham city, Mr. Le Hong Thanh - voter of ward 2 requested that the delegates pay attention to the issue of Health Insurance.

According to voters, although the Party, State and National Assembly have made many improvements in implementing the Social Insurance policy, the implementation of the current Health Insurance policy still has shortcomings, causing inconvenience to the people.

Among them, the problem of transferring routes and hospitals when examining Health Insurance requires paperwork that takes a lot of time. While digital data has been systematized, the use of Health Insurance needs to be widespread, so that it can be used anywhere and receive the same incentives.

Mr. Thanh proposed that at the 8th session, the National Assembly will consider passing the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance, so delegates need to recommend that competent authorities create conditions for people to widely have health insurance examinations at medical facilities nationwide.

Regarding the education sector, voter Doan Thi Gai in My Huong ward said: "The current compilation of textbooks lacks consistency, each place and each school chooses a set of books, there is no inheritance, causing people in difficult areas to spend more money for their children when the new school year begins."

Voter Doan Thi Gai proposed to consider unifying textbooks; at the same time, adding policies to attract the development of the vocational school system, attracting ethnic minority students to learn vocational skills, contributing to the development of the locality.

Informing voters at the meeting, a representative of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Policy Bank said that the loan policy for poor households, near-poor households, households with sudden difficulties, students, orphans, etc. is currently being implemented. In particular, the consideration of students is still stuck with the adjustment of households with average living standards, so it is still difficult to consider, so the Central Government has been asked for advice to remove the obstacles and provide detailed instructions.

Listening to the opinions of voters of My Huong ward, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam, Head of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Chamalea Thi Thuy noted down the recommendations related to education, health care... to synthesize and send to the National Assembly in the next session.

Delegate Tran Quoc Nam added: "Textbooks are a social issue that everyone is very interested in and concerned about, so we continue to make recommendations to the Ministry of Education and Training to reduce waste, unify content, and make the textbooks usable multiple times."
