On July 17, the Ministry of Justice solemnly organized the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Civil Judgment Enforcement (July 19, 1946 - July 19, 2026).
Attending the anniversary ceremony was Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau.
At the Anniversary Ceremony, Mr. Mai Luong Khoi - Deputy Minister of Justice presented a speech commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
The speech stated clearly that on July 19, 1946, the President of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam signed Decree No. 130/SL stipulating the form of execution of orders and judgments of the Court, laying the legal foundation for the formation and development of THADS work in Vietnam.
Over 80 years of construction and development, the THADS System has been constantly improved in terms of institutions, organization and operating methods; gradually building a streamlined apparatus, a professional and modern team, contributing to ensuring the strictness of the law, improving the effectiveness of judicial activities, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the State, organizations, individuals and maintaining social discipline.

In recent years, in the face of increasingly high practical requirements, the Civil Judgment Enforcement System has focused on effectively resolving cases with enforcement conditions, especially economic cases, corruption, negativity, credit - banking with large value; improving the efficiency of asset recovery for the State, contributing to effectively implementing the work of preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, negativity, unlocking resources for development and improving the investment and business environment.
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Civil Judgment Enforcement, many collectives with outstanding achievements were honored to be awarded noble prizes by the Party and State.
Accordingly, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management (Ministry of Justice) was awarded the First-class Labor Medal by the President for outstanding and unexpected achievements in organizing civil judgment enforcement nationwide.
THADS Ho Chi Minh City was awarded the Third-class Labor Medal by the President for its outstanding achievements in synchronously deploying information technology application solutions and digital transformation.
The Organization and Personnel Department, Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and Civil Judgment Enforcement of Nghe An province were awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for their outstanding achievements in performing tasks.

Speaking at the Anniversary Ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau emphasized: "If in the early days, the civil judgment enforcement system was still fragmented, material and human resources conditions were very limited, then now, the civil judgment enforcement sector has built a unified system from the Central to local levels, with a team of Judgment Enforcers, Inspectors and civil servants who are increasingly professional, brave and experienced; the legal system is increasingly perfected; management methods are gradually modernized, strongly applying science and technology and digital transformation".
The Deputy Prime Minister directed the THADS system to continue to strongly innovate, operate professionally, modernly, honestly, effectively, efficiently; ensure that judgments and decisions are strictly enforced, protect property rights, improve the efficiency of asset recovery, bring back resources that are backlogged to serve development, consolidate trust in justice and create a safe and transparent legal environment for investment and business.
