On the afternoon of September 29, at the Bac Ninh Provincial Conference Center, 3/2 Square (Bac Giang Ward), the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held a Bousiness session with the participation of 449 official delegates representing more than 156 thousand party members from 103 party committees under the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
The admission session was attended by comrades: Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Huong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province; Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province.
At the election session, 100% of delegates unanimously elected the Congress Presidium consisting of 15 comrades; the Secretariat consisting of 3 comrades; the Delegation Committee's status review board consisting of 7 comrades.
The Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee and 11 members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee were elected to join the Congress Presidium.
At the adjournment session, 100% of delegates also voted to approve the working program, rules and regulations of the Congress.
On behalf of the Presidium, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed on a number of preparations for the official session of the Congress (September 30).
The regular session was discussed by 8 groups of the Congress, participating in giving comments on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
The 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place from the afternoon of September 29 to September 30.
This is a particularly important political event, marking the first term after the rearrangement of administrative units and the operation of local governments at two levels, and an extensive political activity among cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in Bac Ninh province.

Earlier, on the same afternoon, the delegation attending the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, led by Comrade Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, offered incense at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs of the province (Hung Vuong Street, Bac Giang Ward).
