Firstly, continue to maintain strategic exchanges between senior leaders of the two Parties and two countries, consolidate the foundation of political trust, and have the same orientation to build a meaningful Việt Nam-China Community of Shared Futures strategy; fully promote the role of the Party channel, the cooperation committee mechanisms between the National Assembly of Việt Nam and the People's Republic of China, the Việt Nam Fatherland Front and the F, and exchange mechanisms defense, security, diplomacy.
Second, based on the "6 more" orientation, continue to concretize high-level common perceptions and signed agreements; bring practical cooperation to new progress; Facilitate trade and expand exports of Vietnamese agricultural and aquatic products to the Chinese market; promote the strategic development connection between the two countries, well implement the cooperation plan connecting the framework of "Two Corridors, One Belt" with the "Belt and Road" initiative; Accelerate the promotion of "hard connection" between the two countries on high-speed railways, highways, and border gate infrastructure; Upgrade "soft connection" to smart customs and smart border gates.

Fifth, continue to implement good high-level common awareness, better control and actively resolve disagreements at sea; reaffirm the importance of preserving and promoting peace, stability, and freedom of navigation and aviation in the East Sea, and agree to handle disputes by peaceful means on the basis of international law and the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea 1982.
The two sides continue to coordinate effectively implementing legal documents on land borders and related agreements, strengthen cooperation in the Việt Nam-China land border area, and well organize the 25th anniversary year of signing the Land Border Treaty and 15 years of signing 3 legal documents on the Việt Nam-China land border.
