On May 26, in Hanoi, the Fire and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of the Ministry of Public Security organized a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Trung - Secretary of the 13th Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Minister of Public Security was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Fire and Rescue Police Department.
Major General Duong Duc Hai - Director of the Fire and Rescue Police Department, affirmed that the transfer and appointment is a recognition of the process of striving, training, as well as the contributions and work experience of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Trung in the past time.
Major General Duong Duc Hai wished the new Deputy Director Nguyen Xuan Trung to continue to promote the political bravery, professional capacity, sense of responsibility and qualities of a People's Police officer; together with the Party Committee and leaders of the Department to unite, unify, lead and direct the effective implementation of all aspects of work, and excellently complete tasks.
Accepting the task, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Trung affirmed that he will continue to strive to study, train, inherit and promote the valuable experiences of previous generations of leaders; maintain the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and together with the Party Committee, leaders of the Department and officers and soldiers throughout the unit, be determined to complete all assigned political tasks.
Also this week, the Department of Police for Prison Management, Compulsory Education Institutions, Reformatory Schools (C10) of the Ministry of Public Security organized a ceremony to announce the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Vuong to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department C10.
Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Major General Nguyen Thanh Truong - Director of C10 Department, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Vuong.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Vuong expressed his appreciation for the trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry, and affirmed that he will strive to learn, promote the spirit of solidarity, and together with the collective of Department C10 to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
Before taking office as Deputy Director of Department C10, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Vuong had a long time working as a secretary for the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, most recently as the Secretary of Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen.
Department C10 is a unit directly under the Ministry of Public Security, with the function of advising and organizing the implementation of prison management, compulsory education institutions, reform schools; serving prison sentences and educating and reforming prisoners and students according to the provisions of law.
