On September 10, the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
The Secretariat approved the participation in the Standing Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 for Mr. Ha Trong Hai - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Ms. Dao Thi Lan Anh - Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee of Doan Ket Ward.

In the afternoon of September 11, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the decision to establish Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; renaming the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to the Provincial Propaganda and Personnel Affairs Committee.
