When inspecting signs of violations against the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee concluded that the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation lacked responsibility in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks, violated working regulations on production and business leadership, allowing Tin Nghia Corporation to have shortcomings and violations in implementing the Hiep Hoa Residential and Resettlement Area Project and the Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park Project.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee to direct the review and consider handling responsibilities according to regulations for the Party Committee of Tin Nghia Corporation for the terms 2005-2010, 2010-2015, 2015-2020 and related individuals with shortcomings, defects, and violations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of Nhon Trach District Party Committee to seriously learn from experience in promulgating and implementing internal spending regulations that still have contents that do not comply with regulations. Directed the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee to strengthen inspection of financial management and Party assets of the District Party Committee Office and its subordinate Party Committees.
Inspecting the Party's finances for the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee, in the leadership and direction of the implementation of management and use of Party finance and assets, there were still some limitations, shortcomings and violations such as: Internal spending regulations did not ensure compliance with regulations; spending in some cases was not in accordance with regulations; some settlement records were not strict; monitoring the allocation of Party badge allowances and Tet allowances was still limited, leading to shortcomings and violations of related organizations and individuals.
Thereby, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee directed the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee to review and discipline Party organizations and Party members with violations according to regulations.
Supervising the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission pointed out the strengths for the Party organization and Party members to continue promoting in the coming time. At the same time, it pointed out a number of shortcomings, limitations, and shortcomings in the leadership and direction of the implementation of professional tasks of the Party organization and Party members under supervision.

At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also approved the results of reviewing the declaration of assets and income in 2023 for 65 cases under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee at 17 agencies and units of the province.
