On October 31, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation has just launched a plan to support air tickets for union members and workers from the "Union Flight - Spring 2025" program of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Dong Nai was allocated 70 plane tickets to bring union members and workers from the northern provinces home to celebrate Tet.
These are union members and workers in difficult circumstances who have not returned home for Tet for 3 years or more; workers who have been awarded certificates of merit, certificates of merit and awards from trade unions at all levels for the period 2020-2024.
Expected time to return home is January 25, 2025 and January 26, 2025 (ie December 26 and 27). Departure point from Tan Son Nhat airport to Vinh airport, Noi Bai airport.
In order to promptly create favorable conditions for union members and workers to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet conveniently, quickly and safely, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation requested the direct superior trade union to select union members and workers with difficult circumstances to support air tickets; at the same time, organize vehicles to pick up and drop off union members and workers from their residence and workplace to Tan Son Nhat airport according to the flight schedule.
Previously, the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation also implemented the program plan "Tet Reunion Train - Spring 2025" to bring union members and workers back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet At Ty 2025 and will support 1,000 one-way train tickets to help workers return home to reunite with their families.
In addition, grassroots unions across the province are also planning to take union members and workers home to celebrate Tet by bus.
