Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was born in 1970, hometown Hanoi; Political level: Advanced. She is an Associate Professor, Doctor of Physics; Member of the Party Central Committee, terms XII and XIII; National Assembly delegates XIII, XIV, XV.
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai used to work in the Education industry and was the youngest female Associate Professor in Vietnam in 2007. She held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Vietnam Youth Academy; Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly; Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children; Head of the People's Prayer Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
On May 23, 2020, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was mobilized and assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. In October 2020, she was re-elected Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
