Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy ceased to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, transferred to work, and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung ceased participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, ceased holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Cao Phong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, transferred to work and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
Appoint Mr. Pham Quang Binh, Head of Propaganda - Press - Publishing Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
