On the afternoon of June 23, at the headquarters of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, a conference was held to implement the process of personnel work to complete the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province emphasized that the completion of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee is an urgent requirement, stemming from the practical requirement of leadership, direction and organization of political tasks, demonstrating the Central Government's attention to local personnel work.
