    Permanent Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Hoang Quoc Khanh has applied for early retirement to serve the personnel arrangement when merging.

    At the 31st session of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, term XVI, 2021 - 2026, which just took place, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council reported on the decision of the competent authority on the termination of the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh.

    Accordingly, Mr. Khanh retired early according to regulations from June 16.

    Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh (born in 1966, hometown Lao Cai city). On December 6, 2019, at the 12th session of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2016-2021, Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

    On December 17, 2019, Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh was approved by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

    Also at the 31st Session of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council, term XVI, 2021 - 2026, the Provincial People's Council delegates voted to approve 16 important Resolutions in various fields.
