Answering this question, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh said that the Court has implemented 17 solutions to improve the quality of trials such as implementing judicial reform tasks and strengthening security guarantees. Organize timely online trials, strengthen mediation, closely coordinate with litigation agencies and related agencies to resolve cases, and organize trials to learn from experience.

Talking to delegates about the application of information technology in receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong said that this content has been identified by the Government as one of the most important issues. This is a key task of State administrative reform and has been focused on implementation by leaders at all levels and sectors in recent times.
The Government Inspectorate advised the Government to issue Decree No. 55 dated August 23, 2022 regulating the national database on citizen reception, handling of complaints, and resolving complaints, denunciations, and petitions. , reflect and build a national database of complaints and denunciations to deploy to ministries, branches and localities nationwide.
Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong also mentioned some difficulties and inadequacies in the process of applying information technology. That is not meeting the requirements of data connection on a national scale and interconnection within the system of Party agencies, National Assembly, Government, judicial agencies, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Notably, localities, ministries and branches have not regularly updated data in the national database of complaints and denunciations developed and being implemented by the Government Inspectorate. Some ministries, branches and localities use their own software but do not have interconnection.
Regarding solutions in the coming time, the Government Inspectorate continues to advise the Government and the Prime Minister to lead and direct the application of information technology in receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations.
In particular, research investment, upgrade and complete the national database on complaints and denunciations, direct ministries, branches and localities to regularly update data into the system, invest in facilities. quality and appropriate staff arrangements in this field.
At the same time, the Government Inspectorate advises the Government to put the national database of complaints and denunciations into a branch of Project 06 for interconnection nationwide.
