Support policies are applied for a period of 5 years from the date of land recovery decision.
Compared to Decision No. 63/2015/QD-TTg, the draft decision abolishes the credit policy for pupils and students; Policy to support workers whose land is recovered in poor districts are supported to work abroad under contracts according to the provisions of the policy to support poor districts.
