Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh My (born in 1968) - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Mr. Dinh Van Hoa (born in 1964 - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Thuat Huy (born in 1968) - Director of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural Works and Rural Development.

Ho Chi Minh City will merge from 273 commune-level administrative units to 102 units.
After merging with Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Binh Duong, the new Ho Chi Minh City will have 168 wards, communes and special zones.
After reorganizing the organizational apparatus, Ho Chi Minh City is expected to have more than 22,300 redundant cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers. Of which, more than 9,700 non-professional workers will be streamlined in 2025.
The remaining, including about 12,600 cadres and civil servants at the commune and district levels, will be resolved according to the roadmap until 2029, an average of more than 2,500 people per year.
