On the afternoon of January 7, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province, term XVII, 2021-2026, held the 24th session (Special session).
At the meeting, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province carried out procedures on personnel work, dismissed the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021-2026 term and terminated the duties of Provincial People's Council delegate for Mr. Bui Van Khanh; dismissed the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and elected Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 17th term, 2021-2026 term for Mr. Bui Duc Hinh with a high approval rate.
Speaking on receiving the assigned tasks, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh respectfully thanked the delegates of the Provincial People's Council for their trust and confidence in electing him to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province for the 2021-2026 term.
At the same time, he affirmed that this is both an honor and a great responsibility before the Party Committee, government and people of Hoa Binh province, before the proud cultural - historical tradition, revolutionary spirit and before the requirement to accelerate the socio-economic development of the province.
In the coming time, we will continue to inherit, learn and promote the achievements of previous generations of leaders; strive to study, research and practice in all aspects with the highest capacity, research thoroughly, scientifically, fully and seriously implement the Party's policies and the State's laws; fully perform the tasks and powers as prescribed by law, together with the Provincial People's Committee, always unite, innovate, be creative, determined and resolute in the direction and administration work, creating new momentum to promote the province's socio-economic development faster and more sustainably.
Focus on directing the implementation of the completion and exceeding of the goals and targets of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, effectively implementing the policies of the Party, the State and the specific policies of the National Assembly and the Government for Hoa Binh province, contributing to bringing Hoa Binh forward with the whole country to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; coordinate in preparing conditions for the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of Delegates.
