On October 15, the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province held the 22nd session, term XVIII (term 2021 - 2026) to review and approve a number of important resolutions.
Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council reviewed, discussed and approved 29 resolutions, including many notable resolutions such as: establishing a specialized monitoring team to monitor the implementation of discipline, order, sense of responsibility, and public ethics in the performance of functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships at state management agencies in the province, period 2021 - 2024.
Detailed allocation of medium-term public investment plans and investment capital sources in the local budget balance for the period 2021 - 2025, arranging counterpart funds for projects using foreign capital (ODA capital and preferential loans from foreign donors).
Regulating the level of expenses for reception, visits, and congratulations for a number of subjects by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at provincial, district, and commune levels; stipulating the criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land.
List of projects requiring land recovery, projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land, special-use forest land and decisions on policy to change the purpose of using forests in the province, phase 5, 2024.
Abolish Resolution No. 124/2021/NQ-HDND dated October 11, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating social assistance standards and social assistance levels in Thanh Hoa province.
Allocate in detail the medium-term public investment plan for investment capital in the local budget balance for the period 2021 - 2025 to implement the investment project to build 68 police headquarters in communes and towns; do not implement the investment policy for the project to purchase medical equipment for medical examination and treatment at Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital...
At the meeting, the delegates of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council dismissed Mr. Do Trong Hung from his duties as Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and delegate of the 18th Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Mr. Do Trong Hung has just been transferred and assigned by the Politburo to be Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
Consider and dismiss the following from the position of member of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026: Mr. Le Van Dien, former Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Mai Sy Dien, former Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Pham Ba Oai, former Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, due to retirement.
Delegates conducted an additional election for the position of member of the 18th People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Vu Van Tung, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
