On the afternoon of September 4, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference of key officials to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat to transfer and appoint Major General Le Ngoc Chau to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Major General Le Ngoc Chau (born in 1972, hometown Thanh Tri district, Hanoi), professional qualification: Doctor of Law, majoring in Criminology and criminal investigation, advanced political theory.
Comrade Le Ngoc Chau has held the following positions: Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the High Command, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security; Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security; Director of Hai Phong City Police; Director of Hai Duong Province Police.
In April 2022, comrade Le Ngoc Chau was awarded the rank of Major General by the President.
From March 2022 to August 2024, Major General Le Ngoc Chau will hold the position of Member of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Party Secretary, Commander of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security.
