On March 16, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
Attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee Office; Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc - Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
According to the Politburo's decision, Mr. Tran Dang Quynh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee - will no longer hold the position of Assistant Secretary General, and will be transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
At the conference, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Hoang Trung Dung presented the decision and congratulated the new Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Tran Dang Quynh.
The Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee proposed that, in his new position, Mr. Tran Dang Quynh should quickly grasp the situation, be proactive and creative in performing tasks; together with the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, promote the strength of solidarity, focus on leadership and direction, and effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the locality. From there, bring Ninh Binh to develop modern industry, high-quality tourism services, become a national and international tourism center, a center for training high-quality human resources, a health care center for the people, a high-tech center of the inter-region and the whole country, striving to become a centrally-run city by 2030.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Tran Dang Quynh expressed his honor to be trusted by the Central Government to assign a new responsibility; affirmed that he will strive with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, focusing on leading and directing the successful implementation of the province's development goals and tasks.
