The work of making voter lists and listing them at the island hall was carried out on time as prescribed.
In addition, the decoration of offerings at polling stations was carried out in accordance with the instructions.
Truong Sa Island also closely coordinates with forces, especially Truong Sa Border Guard Station and forces at the port to propagate to fishermen operating at sea.

Substantive action programs
In his action program, Mr. Ho Xuan Truong said that if he is trusted by voters to be elected as a People's Council delegate, he will coordinate and urge functional agencies to effectively implement the policy of building and developing Truong Sa special zone into an economic, cultural and social center at sea of the whole country according to the tasks approved by competent authorities.
In which, focus on completing the plan to implement this policy; promoting the construction and allocation of budget sources according to regulations; investing in socio-economic infrastructure development, ensuring national defense and security for Truong Sa special zone from legal capital sources.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Van Tho - Political Commissar of Brigade 146, Naval Region 4 - affirmed the determination to build Truong Sa to always be a solid fortress to protect the sea and island sovereignty of the Fatherland.
According to Mr. Tho, having been attached to Truong Sa for many years, he will work with the Party Committee, Command of Brigade 146 and the Truong Sa special zone government to strive to implement socio-economic development goals according to the Resolution of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress for the term 2025–2030.
The focus is on effectively implementing Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, with the goal of developing Truong Sa to become the economic, cultural and social center at sea of the whole country.
From an educational perspective, Ms. Dao Lam Tra My - Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School (Cam Ranh) - said that she will pay attention, monitor and propose issues related to local education development.
In the action program, Ms. Tra My emphasized closely monitoring the education situation at schools on the island, proposing investment in facilities and modern teaching equipment, and at the same time paying attention to the material and spiritual life of teachers working in the sea and island areas.
In addition, Ms. Tra My said that she will propose solutions to improve the quality of general education, strengthen the application of information technology in teaching, and focus on moral and life skills education for students.
