Deputy Director of Lao Cai Construction Department becomes Chairman of Bat Xat district

On September 19, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work in Bat Xat district.

At the conference, the Decision of the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen The Tai - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Bat Xat District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term was announced.

Presenting the Decision and giving a speech assigning tasks, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Vu Xuan Cuong highly appreciated the qualities, ethics, qualifications, capacity and working experience of Mr. Nguyen The Tai in the past time.

At the same time, he hopes that Mr. Nguyen The Tai in his new position will continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, together with the Executive Committee of Bat Xat district, to successfully carry out the local political tasks.

On the same day, the People's Council of Bat Xat district held a meeting to elect the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee. Mr. Nguyen The Tai was introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Bat Xat District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term with 100% of delegates agreeing.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Quang Binh, Chairman of Bat Xat District People's Committee was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Lao Cai province.

Term of appointment is 5 years from April 10, 2024.
