Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Bao Yen district was appointed by the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Head of Ethnic Affairs.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee congratulated Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan on being appointed to the new position.
The Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan is a well-trained cadre, matured from the grassroots, and has held many positions such as: Vice Chairman of Si Ma Cai District People's Committee, Deputy Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of Bao Yen District.
In her new position, Ms. Giang Thi Dung hopes that Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nhan will continue to promote his capacity and strengths, together with the collective of cadres, civil servants and workers, to unite and wholeheartedly implement ethnic work and ethnic policies well.
In his acceptance speech, the new Head of Lao Cai Province's Ethnic Minorities promised to continuously study, research, and grasp the locality. Thereby, he will bring all his abilities, experience, and enthusiasm together with the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
