On December 9, at the 9th session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, the Provincial People's Council voted and passed a report and Resolution on the dismissal of Mr. Luu Quang Huy - a Provincial People's Council delegate belonging to the Provincial People's Council Delegation in Ha Hoa district for violating the law and violating the standards of a People's Council delegate who was prosecuted and detained.
Previously, on October 29, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Secretariat reviewed and disciplined party members who violated and had shortcomings.
After considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee, the Secretariat found that: Mr. Luu Quang Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ha Hoa District Party Committee, former Head of the Hung Temple Construction Investment Project Management Board (Phu Tho) - had degraded in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very bad effects on the reputation of the Party organization and the agency and work unit.
Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and cause of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to impose the disciplinary measure of expelling Mr. Luu Quang Huy from the Party.
Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
