On the morning of October 21, in Nong Son district, the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Quang Van Ngoc, Secretary of the Nong Son District Party Committee.
According to the Decision, from October 21, 2024, Mr. Quang Van Ngoc will no longer participate in the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee and will no longer hold the position of Secretary of the Nong Son District Party Committee; he will be transferred to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office and appointed to the position of Chief of the Office of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Mr. Quang Van Ngoc was born in 1977, in Hiep Duc district, Quang Nam province; his professional qualifications are PhD in Vietnamese Literature, Master of Social Sciences and Humanities, Bachelor of Literature Pedagogy, Bachelor of Economic Law; Senior in Political Theory.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, assessed that Mr. Quang Van Ngoc is a well-trained cadre with strong political will, matured from many working positions and trained from the grassroots.
