On February 11, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision to establish the Quang Tri Provincial Land Fund Development Center, under the Provincial People's Committee, on the basis of reorganizing the Land Fund Development Center, under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Accordingly, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is a land fund development organization, a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee, headquartered in Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province.
The Center operates under a financial autonomy mechanism, consisting of a Director, no more than 3 Deputy Directors and professional departments.
According to the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tri Huu, former Director of the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, holds the position of Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Quang Tri Province under the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Phan Dang Hai and Mr. Ho Cong Minh, former Deputy Directors of the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, hold the position of Deputy Directors of the Land Fund Development Center of Quang Tri Province under the Provincial People's Committee.
Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong emphasized that the arrangement and reorganization of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center under the Provincial People's Committee is necessary to concretize the regulations and decrees of the Central Government. When reorganized, the center will be upgraded with broader functions and tasks.
