At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision to transfer and appoint Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Deputy Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security to receive work and hold the position of Director of Son La Provincial Police.
At the same time, announcing the decision to transfer Major General Dang Trong Cuong to work at the Ministry of Public Security Office.
The Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to appoint Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking to assign tasks, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Long congratulated Major General Dang Trong Cuong and Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan on being trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to assign new tasks.

Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan was born in 1977, from Binh Phu commune, Phu Tho province; Master of Law, Senior in Political Theory. Before being appointed, he held the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security.
