The conference announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh - Head of Economic Security Department - City Police - to hold the position of Deputy Director of Hai Phong City Police and the decision on the public assignment of Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh - Deputy Director of Hai Phong City Police - to work at the Hai Phong City Party Committee Office, from July 29, 2026.
Authorized by the Minister of Public Security to present the decision and present flowers to congratulate Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh, Major General Bui Quang Binh - Director of the City Police - affirmed that the appointment of Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh to the position of Deputy Director of the City Police shows the recognition and trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security in Hai Phong City Police.
The Director of the City Police expressed his belief that, with the accumulated work experience, Colonel Nguyen Binh Khanh will continue to promote his experience and capacity in all working environments, promote the responsibilities and tasks of a detached police officer, contributing to the entire Party Committee and city government to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
