On September 9, Lang Son Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's Decision to promote Mr. Nguyen Quang Huyen and Mr. Le Dang Khoa to the rank of Colonel. Both of them are currently holding the position of Deputy Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Vu Nhu Ha - Director of Lang Son Provincial Police Department, presented the decision to promote the rank of Colonel from September 1, 2024 to Mr. Nguyen Quang Huyen and Mr. Le Dang Khoa.
The Director of Lang Son Provincial Police Department requested the two Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police Department to continue to promote their experience in work, together with the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors to unite and unify in leadership and direction in all aspects of police work, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety, and building a clean and strong Lang Son police force.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quang Huyen - Deputy Director of Lang Son Provincial Police thanked the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of the Provincial Police, and all officers and soldiers for their support, help, and creating conditions for training and striving in the past time and promised to be determined to uphold the spirit of responsibility and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Also on September 9, Hau Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions on transferring leaders at the department level and equivalent.
At the ceremony, according to the decision of the Provincial Police Director:
Senior Lieutenant colonel Tran Minh Duc - Deputy Chief of Vi Thanh City Police, Hau Giang Province was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Warden of the Detention Camp;
Senior Lieutenant colonel Bui Minh Thang - Deputy Head of the Economic Police Department, came to work and held the position of Deputy Head of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department;
Senior Lieutenant colonel Nguyen Van Muoi - Deputy Warden of the Detention Camp, came to work and held the position of Deputy Head of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Phan Van Giu - Deputy Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police asked the three newly assigned officers to overcome difficulties, coordinate with the unit to focus on leadership and direction to successfully implement the targets according to the program and resolution set for 2024.
Senior Lieutenant colonel Tran Minh Duc - the new Deputy Warden of the Detention Camp promised to work with the Party Committee and leaders to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, making efforts, and striving to successfully carry out assigned political tasks.
