On December 30, the Inspectorate of Da Nang City said that in 2025, the entire sector had deployed 151 administrative inspections and issued 135 conclusions at 299 agencies and units.
Through inspection, functional agencies discovered many economic violations with a total amount of more than 51 billion VND and 717m2 of land. On that basis, the Da Nang City Inspectorate proposed to recover and remit more than 9.4 billion VND to the state budget; and at the same time proposed to rectify, reduce settlement and handle other matters with the amount of more than 41 billion VND and the violating land area.

Notably, from the violations discovered, the Da Nang City Inspectorate has proposed to review responsibilities for 81 collectives and 159 individuals, clarifying responsibilities in state management, use of public assets, land, minerals and basic construction investment.
In addition, through inspection activities, 2 cases showing signs of criminal law violations have been transferred by the Da Nang City Inspectorate to the investigating police agency for further verification and handling according to regulations.
Da Nang City Inspectorate said that in 2026, the unit will deploy 65 inspections, focusing on sensitive areas, prone to violations such as construction investment, land, minerals, real estate business and the implementation of national target programs.
