Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented a report on the review of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Law on Investment, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model and the Law on Bidding.
Director of the Institute of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien presented the Report on the draft Resolution on piloting the handling of evidence and assets during the investigation, prosecution and trial of a number of criminal cases.
Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Judiciary Committee Le Thi Nga presented a report examining the draft Resolution on piloting the handling of evidence and assets during the investigation, prosecution and trial of a number of criminal cases.
The National Assembly will then discuss the above contents in groups.
Also on October 30, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee presented a report explaining, accepting and revising the draft Law on People's Air Defense.
After that, the National Assembly will discuss in the hall a number of contents of this draft that have different opinions; the submitting agency and the agency in charge of the review will coordinate to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
