Tay Tuu Ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Tay Huu, Minh Khai (belonging to Bac Tu Liem District); part of the natural area and population of Kim Chung Commune (belonging to Hoai Duc District).
It is expected to use the current headquarters of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Tay Tuu ward.
Phu Dien ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Phu Dien wards (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district); most of the natural area and population of Phuc Dien ward (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district), Mai Dich ward (belonging to Cau Giay district); part of the natural area and population of Co Nhue 1 ward (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district).
Expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Phu Dien Ward is now the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council - People's Committee of Phu Dien Ward. Using the cultural and sports center of Phu Dien ward is now the headquarters of the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations in Phu Dien ward.
Xuan Dinh ward was established on the basis of merging most of the natural area and population of the wards: Xuan Tao, Xuan Dinh (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district), Xuan La (belonging to Tay Ho district); part of the natural area and population of Co Nhue 1 ward (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district).
Expected to use the headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Committee of Xuan Tao ward is now the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council - People's Committee of Xuan Dinh Ward. Using the Sports and Culture Center of Xuan Tao ward is now the headquarters of the Fatherland Front and new socio -political organizations in Xuan Dinh ward.
Dong Ngac ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Duc Thang ward (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district); most of the natural area and population of the wards: Dong Ngac, Co Nhue 2 (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Xuan Dinh, Thuy Phuong, Minh Khai (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district).

Thuong Cat ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards: Thuong Cat, Lien Mac (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district); most of the natural area and population of Thuy Phuong ward (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Co Nhue 2, Minh Khai, Tay Tuu (belonging to Bac Tu Liem district).
