The General Secretary requested to strengthen the control of power, supervise the implementation of guidelines and policies to promote the prevention and control of TNLPTC associated with building a two-level local government apparatus, especially at the grassroots level.
Strongly shift the inspection and supervision work to the goal of early and remote prevention; conduct supervision from the beginning with the implementation of guidelines, policies, key national and local projects, control power right in the operation process, detect risks before forming violations.

In which, the General Secretary noted that it is necessary to focus on investigating and strictly handling violations related to environmental protection, food safety, related to the Long Thanh airport project, land, finance, and banking to continue to warn and strongly warn, not to let violations be repeated.
The General Secretary requested to promote the work of preventing and combating TNLPTC associated with the requirements of national development in the new period. Accordingly, comprehensively deploy this work in all fields, not only projects and works.
At the same time, promote administrative reform and digital transformation associated with the requirements of TNLPTC prevention and control.

At this morning's meeting, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that for projects and works that are delayed for a long time, there must definitely be a roadmap to complete or finalize the review of handling plans, at the latest in the second quarter of 2026.
The General Secretary also requested the Secretaries of Provincial and City Party Committees of localities to directly direct and be responsible.
