On the morning of March 16, many people driving motorbikes on To Hieu street in the direction of Quang Trung street (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi city) suddenly slipped and fell. The cause was determined to be due to the road surface appearing with a lot of mud and soil scattered, causing slipperiness.

Then, at about 9:40 am on the same day, the task force continued to discover a car with license plate 29E-224. xx driven by H.V. H (born 1998, from Bac Ninh) also having similar violations.
Although the vehicle was covered, the tarpaulin was not tight enough, causing soil and rocks to still be thrown out during the movement.
In addition to strictly handling violations, we also go to construction sites to meet and exchange with construction site managers about ensuring order, traffic safety, and ensuring hygiene for vehicles moving in and out of construction sites," said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Anh - officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 7.

The Traffic Police force recommends that drivers strictly comply with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety. Proactively cover and clean vehicles before participating in traffic to avoid spilling soil and mud onto the road, causing unsafety for traffic participants.
