Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa was appointed as Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement.

On July 5, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh presented the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department - as Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement.

At the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Hong Ha - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Justice - announced the full text of the Decision on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement and appointment decisions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa has many years of experience in the civil judgment enforcement industry. Accordingly, from 2011 to 2016, he was the Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Hoa held the position of Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Binh Thanh District.

From 2019 - 2021, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa held the position of Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. In 2023, Mr. Hoa was appointed Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.

At the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi also presented the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Ho Chi Minh City to 7 grandparents, including: Mr. Vo Duc Tung, Mr. Lai Anh Thang, Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Lam, Mr. Pham Huy Hoang, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Mr. Tran Phuong Hong, Mr. Do Phong Hoa.
