The event marked an important step forward in the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of civil judgment enforcement, demonstrating the proactive spirit of innovation, promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the Justice sector, in line with the orientation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
In just the first week of operation, as of June 23, the system has recorded nearly 3,000 electronic receipts issued, equivalent to nearly VND 2,000 billion in revenue and payment.
The launching program of the Electronic Record System took place within the framework of the Ceremony to announce decisions on the organization of the THADS system of the Ministry of Justice.
The system is one of the important subsystems of the THADS Digital Platform - a centralized digital platform for THADS leaders, civil servants, people and businesses, being chaired and implemented by the THADS Management Department, Ministry of Justice.
By minimizing manual operations, shortening processing time, limiting errors and strengthening centralized management, the system not only improves operational efficiency, streamlines the operating apparatus but also creates a foundation for a modern, professional judicial administration, serving people and businesses more quickly and transparently.
Accordingly, the Electronic Invoice system contributes to enhancing transparency, speed, safety and data seamlessness in financial management of enforcement cases through the application of advanced AI technology, a system that allows the digitization and automation of the entire process of creating receipts. From document scanning, automatic information extraction using AI-OCR technology, approval using digital signatures, to automatic receipt issuance and centralized storage.
Thanks to that, THADS officers can easily manage and look up on the electronic system instead of having to manually process paper documents, with the help of AI agents.
People and businesses can also look up receipts at any time, anywhere through the electronic portal, ensuring more publicity and convenience. For executive leaders, the system allows real-time data reporting, supports quick decision making and improves management efficiency.
With the Electronic Passenger system officially put into use nationwide since July, payment and collection transactions are strictly controlled and countered on the system, ensuring compliance with the law, preventing loss and enhancing the reputation of the industry.
The system is not only management software, but a foundation to help change the way the entire legal sector operates, towards a modern, transparent and people-centric governance model.
Mr. Nguyen Thang Loi - Director of the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement - shared about the official milestone of implementing the Electronic Judgment Enforcement System in administrative judging activities: "The implementation of the Electronic Judging System is an important step to better serve people, helping to pay and receive court enforcement documents anytime, anywhere, instead of the previous form of cash collection and receipt of paper.
The system is designed with 3 main requirements: issuing electronic receipts via email, text messages; centralized storage for management, statistics and increased transparency in revenue and expenditure. After a period of operation from June 23, nearly 3,000 electronic receipts have been issued, nearly 2,000 billion VND has been paid through digital channels, showing clear efficiency and the right direction in digital transformation of enforcement".
