In Vi Xuyen district, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac visited, presented gifts and wished a happy New Year to Ms. Luong Thi Ty (75 years old, mother of a martyr in Lang Cung village, Dao Duc commune) and Mr. Pham Xuan Hai (a war invalid in group 14, Vi Xuyen town).

Previously, on January 21, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac and his delegation visited, presented gifts and wished a Happy New Year to officers and soldiers of Tung Vai Border Guard Station, the government of Tung Vai commune, poor households in the three border communes of Tung Vai, Ta Van, Cao Ma Po (Quan Ba district); and presented Tet gifts to workers of Ha Giang Urban and Environment Joint Stock Company.
The delegation also came to offer flowers, incense, and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at Vi Xuyen National Martyrs Cemetery.
