The number of social network users in Vietnam in January 2021 was 72 million out of 97.8 million people, accounting for about 73.7% of the total population. Only then can we know how big the "heat" and attraction of social networks are!
Therefore, in the world, there are opinions that social networks are gradually becoming the 5th power in society, after the executive, executive, judicial and press.
