National Assembly Standing Committee issues resolutions on personnel work

    On August 29, information from the National Assembly Office said that the National Assembly Standing Committee has issued resolutions on personnel work.

    In which, Resolution No. 421/NQ-UBTVQH16 on adjusting members of the National Judge Selection and Supervision Council.

    This Resolution adjusts the members of the National Judge Selection and Supervision Council, including: Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front replacing Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh - Deputy Minister of Justice replacing Ms. Dang Hoang Oanh.

    The Resolution takes effect from September 1, 2026.

    The National Assembly Standing Committee also issued Resolution No. 423/NQ-UBTVQH16 on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam.

    Resolution resolving Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam - Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, National Assembly deputy of Tay Ninh province to transfer activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh province to the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City.

    The National Assembly's Delegation Affairs Committee, the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province, the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam are responsible for implementing this Resolution.

    The Resolution takes effect from August 28, 2026.
