Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee have paid great attention to and directed the arrangement and assignment of staff to work at the two locations and requested agencies and units to ensure conditions for workplaces and accommodation for staff and civil servants to work at headquarters.
However, in reality, agencies and units have not strictly implemented the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, specifically: through complaints sent to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and messages directly reflecting to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, there are still some issues that need to be corrected.
"The management and use of public assets of some agencies and units is still lax and not in accordance with regulations, leading to information that it is necessary to assess cadres and civil servants of some agencies and units arbitrarily bringing public assets of the agency or unit ( tables, chairs, air conditioners...) to the user's house but reporting that they have been transferred to install and use at the head office", the document of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province clearly stated.
To ensure the correct implementation of the province's policies and conclusions, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requested serious rectification of the management and use of public assets at agencies and units.
"In case an agency or unit causes waste, loss or loss of public assets, the head of the agency or unit must be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and before the law according to regulations," according to document No. 438.
The Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and units under the Provincial People's Committee to urgently review and report honestly, fully and accurately the results of public asset inventory at agencies and units.
In particular, clearly report the current status of assets before the merger, the number of assets transferred to the head office (detailed list of assets, users); list, number of remaining assets being managed and used at the 2nd Ha Giang facility (old).
