Sustainable urban projects - New look for potential lands
With the orientation of sustainable urban development, T&T Group always considers planning as the key, the key foundation to create quality projects, bringing the quintessence of the world blending with Vietnamese culture to create highlights and become symbols of the lands.
The New Urban Area Project in Ca Mau province of T&T Group (scale of nearly 23 hectares) has received positive reviews from experts and local leaders. With the orientation of becoming a synchronous and modern urban area, the project has been inspired by famous areas in the world such as Colmar (France) or Palmanova (Italy); both converging the quintessence of the world and carrying the rich river culture associated with the typical image of the Southwest region to become an ideal destination - "Imprints of the Southernmost".

According to Architect Tran Ngoc Chinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, to develop a new urban area in any locality, that project must be locally-based. T&T Group's project in Ca Mau is not just a simple architectural housing project but a cultural complex, a complex of landscape space, a special urban area and is suitable for the locality - city of Ca Mau. He commented: "The project is included in the overall planning of Ca Mau city, proven to be a new urban area with unique functions, locations, and roles and connections with the city, in line with approved urban development".
Another project of T&T Group that received the Bronze Award (Goup B - Areas that have been invested in construction) is the Phuoc Tho 1 & 2 Residential Area Project, Ward 3, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province. With a scale of more than 11.5 hectares, the project is planned synchronously and has a variety of products: from social housing, villas, townhouses, shophouses to commercial service centers, high-end hotels. Up to now, the project has completed the construction of a low-rise housing area with nearly 500 apartments along with many technical infrastructure items, trees and landscapes; is constructing social housing items, hotels, commercial centers, and kindergartens; and has become a pioneering urban project in Vinh Long to build synchronous infrastructure, meeting modern living standards and inspiring new living standards in Vietnam.
Imprints in works with unique cultural and spiritual values
In addition, 2 other projects sponsored by T&T Group for the idea/planning project were also submitted by the consulting unit and both won Gold prizes.
With the idea of the Master Plan for the construction of Mang Thit Duong Heritage Area, Mang Thit District, Vinh Long Province until 2045, T&T Group wishes to contribute to Vinh Long Province in realizing the goal of preserving and developing the "brick kiln nation" of Mang Thit to become a contemporary heritage area of international value, a destination on the regional tourism map, in line with the sustainable development strategy of the locality and the country. This planning project has also been approved by the People's Committee of Vinh Long province in Decision No. 2312/QD-UBND dated November 11, 2024; with an area of about 3,060 hectares, located in My An, My Phuoc, Nhon Phu, Hoa Tinh communes ( Mang Thit district, Vinh Long province).
With this idea, Mang Thit will in the future become a " Contemporary Green Urban Village", a bright "destination" on the tourism map of Vinh Long province in particular and the Mekong Delta in general, meeting the strict requirements of international tourists and Vietnamese tourists through cultural, entertainment, sports and eco-tourism services imbued with identity for a unique discovery route.
Another project honored with the Gold Award is the Detailed Planning for the construction of the Kim Thanh park complex (cultural and spiritual landscape) in Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province. This is considered a strategic project, playing an important role in creating a new look for Lao Cai city. Not only is it a symbolic spiritual project of Lao Cai, the project complex is also a cultural - landscape highlight to promote the development of spiritual tourism, occupying a prime position at the gateway of Vietnam to neighboring China.
The Kim Thanh Park Complex (landscape, culture, spirituality) has a scale of 66.83 hectares, in which the spiritual complex is the main highlight of the complex, divided into 3 spaces: Lower, Middle, and Upper. The layout of the spiritual project is oriented in the main axis of the Northeast, oriented in the terrain of "mountains, rivers - lakes"; stands out with the Bao Tower on the Upper Floors with a design of 5 roofs 33m high, surrounded by a 13.8m high inter-flowered civil status building made of pure copper. In addition, the project will build 9 shrines and 9 base blocks at different heights, symbolizing 9 things of luck, goodness, and happiness; as well as recreating for visitors a pilgrimage opening to Buddhism.
Accordingly, the local adjustment of the Detailed Construction Plan of the Complex was approved by Lao Cai City People's Committee in Decision No. 477/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2023, and the Bao Tower is currently under construction.
According to the representative of T&T Group, the projects/projects honored this time are the results of serious investment processes, as well as effective cooperation between T&T Group and leading domestic and international planning consulting units. The fact that 4 projects and projects are honored at the most prestigious planning playground in the country has continued to make a strong impression on T&T Group in the field of construction planning - urban; and become a driving force for T&T Group to continue creating statureous and iconic projects; to accompany the Government and localities to realize the vision of sustainable socio-economic development.
