Amway Vietnam - a global brand in the field of healthcare and beauty - has just been awarded the "HR Asia - Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026" award. This is the 7th year this business has received the title organized annually by HR Asia - Asia's leading human resources magazine - to honor businesses with outstanding human resources policies, positive working environments and sustainable corporate culture.
In 2026, the award attracted more than 600 businesses to participate along with over 45,000 personnel responding to the survey. Amway Vietnam is one of more than 20 businesses honored continuously for 5 years or more.

To win the award, the business has undergone many rigorous evaluation rounds, including internal surveys according to the T.E. A. M (Total Engagement Assessment Model) model and direct interviews with the advisory board. The survey results show that Amway Vietnam achieved 4.49/5 points in the cultural and strategic foundation (CORE) criterion, 4.61/5 points in employee experience (SELF) and 4.66/5 points in team engagement (GROUP).
This year, HR Asia chose the theme "People First, Always - Always putting people at the center", emphasizing the role of humans in the context of digital transformation and the strong development of artificial intelligence (AI). Accordingly, technology is considered a supporting tool, while humans are still a decisive factor for the sustainable development of businesses.
According to an Amway Vietnam representative, the business firmly pursues a strategy of putting people at the center by building a cohesive and open working environment. For 5 consecutive years, the employee engagement index of the company has always been maintained at over 90%. The internal survey in April 2026 alone recorded a connection rate of 96%, exceeding the group's global target.

The survey also showed that 97% of employees expressed confidence in the corporate culture and development orientation of the company. Notably, about one-third of the current personnel have been associated with Amway Vietnam for more than 10 years.
The business said it has built a system to listen to and receive feedback from employees through periodic surveys, company-wide meetings and the EthicsPoint® feedback platform. Employee feedback is considered a basis for perfecting management strategies and improving work experience.
In parallel with that, Amway Vietnam continues to implement training programs to meet the requirements of the digital age. Some typical programs include "AI for Impact" on artificial intelligence application and "Leading with Impact" on leadership capacity development, helping personnel improve technology skills, management thinking and build a successor team.
In addition to training activities, businesses also focus on health care programs and strengthen internal connections. The "Better, Healthier You" activity series is organized with many sports such as pickleball, yoga, badminton, combined with supporting health tracking devices to encourage employees to maintain a dynamic lifestyle.
In addition, Amway Vietnam also organizes tours for all employees in Korea (2022), Singapore - Malaysia (2024) and Shanghai, China (2026). According to the business, this is an activity to recognize the contributions of employees, while creating opportunities to strengthen engagement and spread corporate culture.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Hoa - Human Resources Director of Amway Vietnam - said that receiving the HR Asia Award for the 7th time is an important milestone, affirming the company's human resource development strategy.
In the context of technology changing many fields, we believe that human creativity and connectivity are still irreplaceable factors. Amway will continue to create conditions for each employee to maximize their capacity and accompany the sustainable development of the business," Ms. Hoa shared.
The HR Asia Awards 2026 continues to affirm Amway Vietnam's position not only in business operations but also in efforts to build a working environment towards cohesion, sustainable development and human values.
