In 2026, Amway Vietnam continues to accompany "Vietnam Consumer Rights Day", contributing to raising community awareness about safe, transparent and sustainable consumption.
Responding to the series of activities of "Vietnam Consumer Rights Day" 2026 launched by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Nha Trang City on March 30, Amway Vietnam continues to coordinate with the National Competition Commission to implement activities to raise community awareness about safe, transparent and sustainable consumption.
In 2026, the program is implemented with the theme "Information Security - Connecting Trust - Sustainable Consumption", focusing on raising community awareness about protecting consumer rights in the context of digital transformation and green economic development. Through a series of communication activities and direct interaction with people, the program encourages the formation of green consumption habits, responsible consumption; and at the same time raises awareness about information security and personal data protection in the digital environment.

With the role of a companion enterprise, Amway Vietnam actively participates in knowledge sharing activities, contributing to promoting a transparent and sustainable consumer ecosystem. Specifically, at the thematic seminar within the framework of the program, Amway representatives exchanged views on the topic "Information security for consumers in the digital age" - one of the core issues in consumer rights protection work today, emphasized in the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights in 2023 as well as the orientation of the program theme in 2026.
Another outstanding contribution of Amway in Nha Trang is participating and chairing the "Consumer Counseling Corner" booth. Here, Amway experts directly share knowledge and skills, helping people become "smart consumers" in "understanding correctly, using correctly" functional food products, especially health protection foods.

Consumers are instructed:
Identify products with complete information and products that lack transparency; understand labeling standards and mandatory information.
Distinguish between regulated advertising and untrue advertising, especially on social media platforms and online channels.
Practice product traceability through technological solutions, helping to self-check the origin and quality of products transparently.
How to access official information channels, recognize official websites and prevent fake brand websites before buying and using products.
Through these activities, Amway Vietnam wishes to contribute to raising community awareness about sustainable consumption, while encouraging consumers to choose products with clear origins, safe and environmentally friendly.
Previously, on March 12, 2026, within the framework of the launching ceremony in Hanoi, Amway Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade to strengthen cooperation in protecting consumer rights in the area. Through this, businesses expect to continue to spread the message of green consumption, responsible consumption and safe consumption, contributing to building a transparent and reliable consumption ecosystem.
Sharing about the role of businesses in protecting consumer rights, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu - General Director of Amway Vietnam said: "At Amway, we always put people and customers at the center of all activities. Protecting consumer rights is not only a legal responsibility but also a foundation for the sustainable development of the business. In the context of strong digital transformation, Amway is committed to continuing to innovate technology and processes to bring green living solutions, while ensuring a transparent, safe transaction environment and maximizing the protection of customer personal data.
Continuously accompanying the Ministry of Industry and Trade and localities in the series of activities of "Vietnam Consumer Rights Day" 2026 affirms Amway's commitment to coordinating with state management agencies to care for and protect consumer rights; and at the same time demonstrates the pioneering role of the business - the No. 1 direct sales group in the world for 13 consecutive years according to the DSN Global 100 ranking - in promoting the standards of transparency and responsibility of the direct sales industry in Vietnam.
