Super maritime economic corridor takes shape, the value it brings will be "unmeasurable
For more than 50 years, Can Gio has been an isolated "island", completely dependent on the only road of Sac forest and Binh Khanh ferry. This bottleneck has been officially broken thanks to a series of key traffic projects being started.
After the high-speed railway connecting Ben Thanh and Can Gio bridge, the biggest boost is the Can Gio - Vung Tau sea-crossing route, 14.06 km long, with a preliminary investment of more than 93,000 billion VND. This century project will shorten the travel time between the two economic - tourism poles of the South to just 10 minutes.

Assessing this historic turning point, architect Khuong Van Muoi, former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Architects, former Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Architects, said: "The purpose of current traffic projects is to remove all bottlenecks and create breakthrough momentum. Once this system is smooth, the city will develop extremely quickly.
In parallel with the super sea-crossing project, Can Gio's synchronous infrastructure network is also urgently getting into gear. The intersection connecting National Highway 50 and Rung Sac road with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway started construction on the same day. These are extremely important pieces that help traffic from the Mekong Delta provinces and Long Thanh International Airport to enter the expressway and turn straight down Rung Sac axis to Can Gio without having to go around the city center as at present.
From the perspective of the real estate market, Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), said that when the Can Gio - Vung Tau sea-crossing road is completed, the values brought to Can Gio will be "unmeasurable".
The unified sea-crossing road connecting the infrastructure of Ho Chi Minh City is of great significance in helping the city have more choices to become a development economic corridor of the country and the region, internationally," Mr. Chau commented.
In addition to roads, Can Gio infrastructure has also made a breakthrough thanks to the high-speed railway line with a design speed of 350km/h, reducing the time from the inner city to the sea encroachment area to only 13 minutes. In parallel, the 11,000 billion VND Can Gio super bridge is also being urgently constructed.

Can Gio real estate values will definitely increase sharply
Can Gio is transforming into a giant "bud", capturing the entire economic flow from tourism to international logistics.
Regarding tourism, complete infrastructure helps Can Gio welcome the entire flow of tourists from Long Thanh airport (scale of 100 million visitors/year). Through the Rung Sac intersection and Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, international tourists can go straight to the coastal megacity to relax without worrying about inner-city congestion in Ho Chi Minh City.
Meanwhile, the 10-minute sea-crossing route helps Can Gio "divide the fire" with 18 million visitors/year from Vung Tau, realizing the goal of welcoming 40 million tourists per year.
In terms of logistics, this coastal strip will be the heart of the regional supply chain. Can Gio International Transshipment Port is expected to reach 4.8 million TEUs (equivalent to 67-81 million tons) in phase 1 (until 2030) and a maximum of 16.9 million TEUs by 2047. This super port will have absolute synergy with Cai Mep Ha Port, which has just started construction (capital of more than 50,000 billion VND), possessing a throughput capacity of 10.8 million TEUs/year and a capacity to receive container ships up to 250,000 DWT.
When a continuous coastal corridor is formed, tens of millions of tons of goods circulate, attracting tens of thousands of experts and engineers to gather at this port cluster, demand for accommodation, Grade A offices and high-end trade will explode unprecedentedly.

To meet the needs of tens of millions of tourists and a force of global logistics experts and engineers flocking, Can Gio must have a "base" of accommodation, commercial and entertainment infrastructure worthy of its stature. That is the mission of the Vinhomes Green Paradise super tourist city - a decisive piece to create a new growth pole of Ho Chi Minh City.
With a scale of up to 2,870 hectares, Vinhomes Green Paradise not only is overwhelming in scale, this ESG++ megacity also owns a rare ecosystem globally: adjacent to the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve Rung Sac with an area of 75,000 hectares, along with a valuable "near the sea, adjacent to the lake" location with Lagoon Lake with a scale of 800 hectares, the largest in the world. Vinhomes Green Paradise is fully capable of serving and creating a peak experience to retain the huge flow of consumer money flowing into the area in the next few years.

Forecasting the growth trend of Can Gio real estate before a series of billion-dollar infrastructure boosts, Mr. Le Hoang Chau affirmed: real estate values will definitely increase sharply. The first and strongest is the Vinhomes Green Paradise coastal urban area.
The sea-crossing road will be a large-scale project connecting and closing Ho Chi Minh City and the region, bringing the sea-advancing urban area into the center. At the same time, the regional and inter-regional infrastructure system converges, becoming a new growth pole of Ho Chi Minh City, real estate here will increase in great value," the expert emphasized.
Playing the core role for the transformation of Can Gio, Vinhomes Green Paradise will welcome the upward momentum of real estate prices as an inevitable rule. As soon as the intersections reach the finish line, the high-speed railway rolls, the sea bridge meets and the super port welcomes container ships docking, the price level at this focal point will immediately set a new peak, commensurate with its position as the leading marine economic and tourism center in the region.
