The best master planned urban area in Asia
Recently, in Thailand, the Organizing Committee of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (APA) honored Ecovillage Saigon River of the founder of Ecopark as the Best Master Plan Urban Area in Asia.
To achieve the award, Ecovillage Saigon River surpassed hundreds of projects from Asian countries through rigorous evaluation and voting rounds from the jury board, which are leading experts in the fields of real estate consulting, architecture, design, and interior design in Asia.
The 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, supported by V-ZUG Thailand, recently announced the region’s best real estate companies and best developers at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
The 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards closing ceremony welcomed over 130 award-winning finalists from across Asia, elevating their achievements to the international stage.
Previously, last November, within the framework of the Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards, Ecovillage Saigon River of the founder of Ecopark received the award "Project with the most beautiful landscape design in Vietnam".
