From sharing knowledge to creating economic value
According to a representative of IQUITY Joint Stock Company, IQ+ does not want to stop at just an online learning application or a place to gather courses, but it is a common space for learners, teachers, experts and organizations, where knowledge can continue to be used after each lesson or consulting hour.
IQ+ builds a model in four directions: Learn - Share - Earn - Borderless, corresponding to Learning - Sharing - Creating income - Connecting without geographical limitations. A person can start from a short video, find the expert they are interested in, participate in the community and then continue with more in-depth programs.
In the opposite direction, professionals can share knowledge, build communities and bring training programs to the same system.
One concept that IQ+ mentioned a lot at the launch was "Return On Intelligence" (ROI). If ROI has often been used to talk about the profitability of an investment, IQ+ uses "Return On Intelligence" to talk about the value that a person can gain from the knowledge and experience they have accumulated.

If attention can become income, then why can't knowledge?", Ms. Nguyen Dang Quynh Anh, CEO of IQ+, raised the question.
CEO Nguyen Dang Quynh Anh said that in the IQ+ ecosystem, AI is included in some stages such as searching, suggesting content and experts, taking notes, summarizing and managing knowledge. Blockchain technology will also be used in the certification stage at IQ+.
Currently, the IQ+ ecosystem has many programs and lessons with teachers and content creators, mainly revolving around skills related to work such as management, AI application, e-commerce and leadership development. IQ+ pursues the direction of turning the experience of people in the profession into content that can be learned, reused and continued to spread to many people.
Two founders behind the IQ+ ecosystem
Behind IQ+ are two co-founders with quite different career paths, including Ms. Nguyen Dang Quynh Anh, who used to work in technology, media and content economics, and Dr. William H. Nguyen, who spent many years in technology research and development.
Before establishing IQ+, Ms. Quynh Anh was Director of Viber Vietnam during the period when messaging applications were developing rapidly in the domestic market. After that, she joined Yeah1 in executive positions, working with digital content connection models, user communities and commerce.
This period also partly explains how she sees the IQ+ problem. In content economics, views, followers or user attention can generate revenue. Meanwhile, a person may take decades to accumulate expertise, but most of the income from that knowledge capital still depends on the number of hours they directly teach, advise or work.
Knowledge has never been opposed to money. Knowledge is property and if it is property, it must be profitable," Ms. Quynh Anh shared.
The technology piece comes from Dr. William H. Nguyen, founder of Quickom. He has a research platform on AI, data, communications and computer networks, and has patents in the US in the field of communication technology.

Quickom was established in 2021, developing online communication technology on a decentralized network architecture. In 2024, Quickom received a seed investment round of 1.5 million USD led by VinaCapital Ventures. In 2023 alone, this system operated more than 500 streaming events.
Two different career paths eventually meet in the same question: "How can what a person has accumulated through many years of working not be lost after a study session or consulting hour, but can continue to reach the person in need and create value over time?
We want to dedicate all our hearts to establishing IQ+ with the mission of jointly creating an'intelligence economy'," CEO Nguyen Dang Quynh Anh shared.
